This was likely caused by the local time setting on the device that was scoring the Blue Right matches. All the start times for the matches on that pair of targets were recorded as though they happened about 3 hours after they appear to have actually happened. This lead to a problem assessing the order of the matches in tournament and consequently the exit rank of the players in those matches. I would recommend to verify that the scoring devices are all configured to set their time automatically (this is the default for any internet connected device).
