Games keep getting stuck at Round 4 of 3.

We have noticed a fairly large number of instances of games getting stuck on Round 4 of 3, and not being able to finish the games.
I am not sure what causes it, but we have been resetting the match and re-entering the scores manually each time.

I'm not able to reproduce this issue, but in the past when this issue has occurred it has been due to edits to scores in previous rounds or inconsistent internet connection. Is that a possible cause in this case?
To fix the problem, reentering all the scores can be avoided, by tapping the round scores at the bottom to enter edit mode, deleting Round 4, tapping the round scores to exit edit mode. That should allow you to end the match. If Round 4 doesn't show up at the bottom to be deleted, enter some throws for Round 4 first.
