Trying to acess the edit profile feature on a Motorola using android and it get stuck in a perpetual load

Thank you everyone for the report and your patience on this. We identified the issue and a fix will be in place within the next few weeks. In the meantime there are 2 workarounds to this issue:
1- You can log in to axescores.com and update your profile there
2- Reinstall the App:
- If you are on iOS, simply deleting the application and re-installing it should fix it.
- If you are on Android, first clear the cache and data for the axescores application. This process may vary by the phone manufacturer but it is usually done within the "Settings" app under a menu item named similar to "App Settings". Once you clear the cache and data, simply deleting the application and re-installing it should fix it.

In the meantime can you close the app, re-launch it and try again to see if it loads? I ran into this myself as well when i opened the app the first time after updating it. It loaded correctly after closing the app and re-launching it.
Thanks for the report, Christopher. I tried reproducing this issue for your profile page but unfortunately, I could not. We saw this happening for another player a while ago and doing a re-install of the app fixed it.
Can you try completely removing the app from your phone and reinstalling it from the appstore and see if that fixes your problem.
